Let your little one fulfill their dancing aspirations at the Vicky Simegiatos Dance Company, a non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide cultural enrichment and education to the Brooklyn community. Operating since 1972, they believe that music and dance are necessary elements for a healthy and fulfilled existence. They are undertaking a unique and ambitious project every time they set out to prepare professional productions, such as the Nutcracker, Cinderella, Coppelia and the Wizard Of Oz. The young dancers have the rare opportunity to participate in a full length ballet on a concert stage with professional dancers, choreographers and directors in front of a live audience. No matter where life takes them from here, the accomplishment of having danced in this ballet will stay with them for the rest of their lives. 

2019: Due to a balloting issue, there was no winner for the Theatre Arts Center category. This category will return next year.
